Amanda Pastermack serves as the Chief Program Officer at the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), where she has led key programs and supported the global change management community for the past nine years. Deeply committed to advancing the discipline, Amanda spearheads the development of innovative programs and resources that deliver meaningful value to change leaders around the world. Her background includes leadership roles in both the pharmaceutical and education sectors. Amanda is currently completing her master’s degree in Organizational and Change Leadership at Gonzaga University and joins us from Florida, USA.
