With a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology and certificates in neuroscience, CCMP, and Prosci, Dustin is constantly seeking new opportunities to translate academic research findings into strategic organizational change management advantages. He has spent 18 years of following his passion for organizational change management consulting and education. Dustin has worked with consulting firms including Accenture, IBM, Cognizant, MSS, Prosci, and Avanade empowering clients to global change success by helping them see their world through the organizational change management perspective.
Dustin has also made significant contributions to education in the field of organizational change management. As a Prosci Master Instructor, Dustin has had the privilege of educating, certifying, and inspiring audiences from around the world. In addition, his dynamic keynote presentations have graced technical, industry, and association events, captivating attendees with his profound insights on the psychological and neuroscience challenges of change.
Dustin's commitment to advancing the field of change management extends to his active involvement in the ACMP. As a member of the Speaker Selection Committee, reviewer on the Content Advisory Board, and contributor to the ACMP Connect forums, he is actively shaping ACMP events and thought leadership. Additionally, Dustin has shared his wealth of knowledge as a conference Master-class presenter at global and European ACMP conferences.
