.John Wooster is a seasoned talent executive with extensive experience in driving organizational efficiency through strategic talent management and development. In every role, his focus is to position talent as a competitive advantage.
Over the course of his career, John has lived in the United States, South Asia, and East Africa and led transformation programs across various ownership contexts, including publicly traded companies, private equity-backed firms, mutually held organizations, and multinational nonprofits.
Currently, John serves as the Head of Talent at HALO Branded Solutions. His previous roles include HR leadership and strategy consulting positions at JLL, AECOM, Trustmark, and the Aga Khan Development Network. As a strategy consultant on workplace transformation initiatives, John has partnered with prominent clients such as AT&T, BMO, Honeywell, and United Airlines.
John holds a master’s degree in Talent Development and Organizational Change, along with Executive Coaching credentials from Northwestern University. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Brown University.
