Isolde Kanikani is a seasoned business leader, entrepreneur, and change management expert with a diverse background in business management, operations, human resources, and advisory leadership. With extensive experience as an Advisory Practice Lead and Success Advisory professional, she has guided organizations through complex transformations, helping them achieve strategic goals with practical execution.

As the founder of multiple businesses and has the privilege to be the current Vice President board member at ACMP, Isolde is deeply committed to advancing change management practices. She holds both an MBA and a Master’s in Human Resource Management, reflecting her dedication to continuous learning and professional growth. Her passion for development and growth mindset is evident in her extensive volunteering efforts and numerous certifications which when integrated into her practice the value outcomes she is able to achieve in all parts of her life.

Isolde is the author of multiple published works and the creator of ChangeOps, a strategic OCM approach and newsletter focused on operational excellence and change execution. She regularly shares insights through articles and thought leadership pieces, contributing to the broader business and change management community. A sought-after speaker, she frequently presents at conferences on topics such as strategic transformation, governance, and value realization.
