Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellation and transfer requests must be received in writing to ACMP. Please send written notice of cancellation by email to
conference@acmpglobal.org. Event fees are transferable to another participant from the same organization ONE TIME only, for Change Chicago.
The cancellation fee structure is as follows unless otherwise noted (i.e. non-refundable items):
November 19 – February 21: $100 cancellation fee; $50 transfer Fee
February 22 – April 30: $125 Cancellation Fee; $75 transfer fee
May 1 - 21: Non-refundable cancellation; $100 transfer fee
